Mackenzie Summey
Horses have been at the. center of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as a simple love for being in the barn grew into a passion for understanding horses on a deeper level - how they think, how they learn, and how to communicate with them in a way that makes sense. over the years, that passion shaped the foundation of this program.

From early mornings riding young colts to late nights helping horses work through challenges, I built this business on patience, hard work, and a commitment to doing right by every horse. That same dedication continues today.

Blue Pine Quarter Horses began in 2018 with a simple goal: Create a equine facility with a training and breeding program that is focused on doing right by the horse. I left my job working for other equine facilities and put everything into a dream while raising my daughter alone.

From day one, Blue Pine Quarter Horses focused on doing right by the horse - making each lesson easy to understand and setting every colt, prospect, and show horse up for long-term success. The program was built from the ground up with dedication, long hours, and a commitment to developing soft, willing, and responsive partners. As we continue to grow each year, we stay true to the values it was founded on.
We take great pride in the care and attention we give each horse, ensuring they receive everything they need to thrive. I'm now married to an incredible man, Sam, since 2021 and our children, Grace, Scarlett, and Liam, are one of my biggest motivations to continue growing in the equine industry.
